Par exemple, vous d\u00e9sirez faire de l\u2019exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, manger plus sainement ou changer une fa\u00e7on de penser ou une habitude qui vous nuit pour en d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle. Plusieurs parlent de 21 jours: mais les recherchent montrent que c&rsquo;est un peu plus long.<\/p>\n<h2>66 jours pour une nouvelle habitude<\/h2>\n<p>Selon une\u00a0r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude en psychologie du University College London, il semble que le chiffre magique soit soixante-six, donc un peu plus de deux mois de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions quotidiennes.\u00a0Bien s\u00fbr, tout d\u00e9pend de ce que l\u2019on veut d\u00e9velopper comme habitude.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs de l\u2019\u00e9tude ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 quatre-vingt-seize personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle habitude, comme manger un fruit avec leur lunch ou courir pendant quinze minutes par jour. Les participants devaient, \u00e0 tous les jours, \u00e9valuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quel point ils sentaient que le comportement choisi \u00e9tait rendu automatique.<\/p>\n<p>En moyenne, les participants atteignaient un plateau \u00a0le soixante-sixi\u00e8me jour, avec des variations allant de dix-huit \u00e0 deux cents cinquante-quatre jours pour les comportements mesur\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude. Comme on peut le comprendre facilement, l\u2019habitude de boire un verre d\u2019eau par jour est devenue automatique beaucoup plus rapidement que celle de faire cinquante redressements assis avant le d\u00e9jeuner\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>D\u2019autres r\u00e9sultats int\u00e9ressants<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Le fait de manquer une seule journ\u00e9e ne r\u00e9duit pas \u00e0 long terme les chances de d\u00e9velopper une habitude (de quoi rassurer les perfectionnistes)<\/li>\n<li>Toutefois, ce sont les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions dans les d\u00e9buts qui donnent le plus de r\u00e9sultats pour d\u00e9velopper un automatisme.<\/li>\n<li>Il semble qu\u2019il y ait certaines personnes qui r\u00e9sistent davantage \u00e0 prendre une nouvelle habitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alors, si vous d\u00e9sirez vous remettre en forme, \u00e9crire, m\u00e9diter, cesser de fumer, il n\u2019y a pas de raccourci.\u00a0M\u00eame si nous vivons \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019instantan\u00e9, du presse-bouton, de la vitesse, des di\u00e8tes miracles et de la satisfaction imm\u00e9diate de nos d\u00e9sirs et que la publicit\u00e9 et les m\u00e9dias nous offrent leurs miroirs aux alouettes et nous laissent croire que ce sera facile.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est par la pratique que nous avons tous appris \u00e0 parler et \u00e0 \u00e9crire et que nous ma\u00eetrisons maintenant ce syst\u00e8me tr\u00e8s complexe de la langue, r\u00e9ussissant m\u00eame \u00e0 d\u00e9chiffrer le difficile code des \u00e9motions et du langage non verbal. C\u2019est aussi par la pratique et la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance que l\u2019on apprend de nouveaux comportements et que l\u2019on d\u00e9veloppe de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de penser plus positives.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l\u2019\u00e9crivait Richard Bach dans <em>Illusion<\/em>:\u00a0<em>Un souhait ne vous est jamais donn\u00e9 sans que vous ayez les capacit\u00e9s pour le r\u00e9aliser.
