Le mot r\u00e9silience est emprunt\u00e9 de la physique,&nbsp;domaine dans lequel il d\u00e9signe la r\u00e9sistance des mat\u00e9riaux aux chocs. Il&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 repris entre autre par le&nbsp;neuropsychiatre et psychanalyste&nbsp;<a title=\"Boris Cyrulnik\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Boris_Cyrulnik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boris Cyrulnik<\/a> qui la d\u00e9finit comme&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper quand m\u00eame, dans des environnements qui auraient du \u00eatre d\u00e9labrants&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>On parlera de communaut\u00e9s r\u00e9silientes quand il s\u2019agit de collectivit\u00e9s qui passent activement \u00e0 travers des catastrophes naturelles ou caus\u00e9es par l\u2019homme.<\/p>\n<p>On parlera de personnes r\u00e9silientes dans le cas d\u2019individus qui&nbsp;ont cette&nbsp;\u00abaptitude \u00e0 faire face avec succ\u00e8s \u00e0 une situation repr\u00e9sentant un stress intense en raison de sa nocivit\u00e9 ou du risque qu\u2019elle repr\u00e9sente, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 se ressaisir, \u00e0 s\u2019adapter et \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 vivre et \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper positivement en d\u00e9pit de ces circonstances d\u00e9favorables\u00bb (1)<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9silience et d\u00e9termination de Chantal Petitclerc<\/h2>\n<p>Nous connaissons tous des personnes qui se sont relev\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9preuves importantes et qui se sont servies&nbsp;de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements comme de tremplins pour avancer dans leur vie. \u00c0 ce titre,&nbsp;<a title=\"Chantal Petitclair\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chantal_Petitclerc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chantal Petitclerc<\/a> est certainement un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9silience et d\u00e9termination.&nbsp;\u00c0 13 ans, une l\u00e9sion de la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re la privait de l\u2019usage de ses jambes et la clouait dans un fauteuil roulant.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir&nbsp;d\u00e9couvert l\u2019athl\u00e9tisme en fauteuil roulant, elle s\u2019est entra\u00een\u00e9e et a&nbsp;disput\u00e9 ses premiers Jeux Paralympiques \u00e0 Barcelone en 1992, d\u2019o\u00f9 elle reviendra avec deux m\u00e9dailles de bronze. Ce sera l\u2019amorce d\u2019une imposante r\u00e9colte qui comprend aujourd\u2019hui&nbsp;une m\u00e9daille olympique et 21 m\u00e9dailles paralympiques.&nbsp;Elle est la seule athl\u00e8te au Canada a avoir gagn\u00e9 des m\u00e9dailles au jeux Paralympique, Olympiques et du Commonwealth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00c0 LIRE AUSSI&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/oserchanger.com\/blogue_2\/2015\/05\/05\/pleurer-et-la-resilience\/\"><i>Comment pleurer permet de devenir plus r\u00e9silient<\/i><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elle \u00e9tait l\u2019invit\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9mission t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise&nbsp;<i>On prend toujours un train pour la vie<\/i>, diffus\u00e9e le 12 juillet 2009 sur les ondes de Radio-Canada. Non seulement y livrait-elle un t\u00e9moignage inspirant, mais elle nous livrait aussi plusieurs des strat\u00e9gies qui lui ont permis de grandir dans son accident.<\/p>\n<h2>3 strat\u00e9gies<\/h2>\n<p>1- Avoir dans son entourage&nbsp;des personnes&nbsp;qui peuvent agir comme mod\u00e8les et qui aident \u00e0 avancer.<\/p>\n<p>2-&nbsp;Prendre sa responsabilit\u00e9 pour sortir du cycle de la victime. Elle dira&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Je n\u2019ai pas choisi ce qui m\u2019est arriv\u00e9, mais j\u2019ai choisi ce que j\u2019allais faire avec \u00e7a.&nbsp;\u00bb <\/em>Et un peu plus loin&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;On a chacun notre parcours\u2026 notre responsabilit\u00e9, c\u2019est d\u2019en faire un beau parcours, de ne pas \u00eatre une victime de ce parcours\u2026&nbsp;J\u2019aime penser que je me suis moi-m\u00eame construit la vie que je voulais.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3- D\u00e9velopper une&nbsp;strat\u00e9gie orient\u00e9e sur la solution. D\u2019abord voir la situation telle qu\u2019elle est, puis se demander ce qu\u2019on fait avec \u00e7a?<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques phrases qui m\u2019ont touch\u00e9 dans son entrevue.&nbsp;Quand on lui demande sa plus grande le\u00e7on de vie, elle r\u00e9pond:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Tout ce qu\u2019on a besoin, on l\u2019a \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de soi pour faire face \u00e0 n\u2019importe quoi.&nbsp;\u00bb <\/em>Quelle belle&nbsp;croyance \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<p>Ne voulant pas qu\u2019on se rappelle d\u2019elle surtout en raison de ses nombreuses m\u00e9dailles et exploits sportifs, elle dira:<em> \u00ab&nbsp;Au-del\u00e0 des m\u00e9dailles, je suis contente de la vie que je me suis donn\u00e9e\u2026 Ce qu\u2019on est est aussi important que ce qu\u2019on fait\u2026 Je suis fi\u00e8re d\u2019\u00eatre all\u00e9e au bout de mes r\u00eaves sans faire de compromis sur la personne que je voulais rester\u2026 quelqu\u2019un qui s\u2019\u00e9merveille tous les jours, qui ne fait pas la grosse t\u00eate, quelqu\u2019un d\u2019int\u00e8gre, heureux au quotidien. \u00ab&nbsp;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Chantal Petitclerc, aujourd&rsquo;hui s\u00e9natrice au Canada, est une des athl\u00e8tes ambassadeur de&nbsp;<em>Right to Play<\/em>, une organisation non gouvernementale humanitaire mise en place par des athl\u00e8tes offrant \u00e0 des enfants d\u00e9savantag\u00e9s de partout dans le monde des programmes ax\u00e9s sur le sport et le jeu.
