Quand on ne sait trop o\u00f9 donner de la t\u00eate,\u00a0\u00e7a peut finir par\u00a0des cons\u00e9quences f\u00e2cheuses, sur les plans physique et psychologique.<\/p>\n<p>La question que plusieurs se posent alors, c&rsquo;est:\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce que je peux y faire?\u00a0Mais dans le ton qu&rsquo;ils emploient\u00a0transpara\u00eet\u00a0davantage cette\u00a0constatation:\u00a0Je n&rsquo;y peux rien!<\/p>\n<p>Or, c&rsquo;est justement ce\u00a0sentiment d\u2019impuissance, de perte de contr\u00f4le qui constitue une des plus grandes sources de stress.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9agir activement, il faut \u00eatre persuad\u00e9 que nous y pouvons quelque chose. Nous devons admettre notre responsabilit\u00e9 dans ce qui nous arrive et notre responsabilit\u00e9 dans la mani\u00e8re de nous en sortir.
